AJW Engineering was retained to design a four (4) storey addition to an existing one (1) storey warehouse. the building opened in 1958 and is used to house the storage and refining plant. The subject building is approximately 100ft (30m) by 160ft (49m). The construction consisted of bag storage, a service garage, general storage and a depressed ramp. AJW Engineering provided full structural engineering services, including the review of the feasibility of the four (4) storey addition and design of the addition.

AJW was hired to design the steel framed structure for a future car dealership location.

AJW has been working with this client to design the structures of several Mr. Lube locations throughout Canada. The steel framed buildings have been designed to meet the standards of several provinces such as Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Newfoundland, and New Brunswick.

The complete structural desing of a three (3) storey commercial building. The structure consists of steel frame with concrete cores. Detailed design of all structural aspects of the project from foundations to the roof system including steel connections. The project included review of all shop drawings and site inspections/meetings.
